The day of your consultation. Allow time before your appointment for filling out forms. Following is what you can expect should you decide on BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment.Before the procedure. You will be seated in a reclining chair, much like you find in a dentist's office, and an anesthetic cream will be administered.

The procedure. First there will be a determination as to where to administer the injections by examining your ability to move certain muscles in the area you want treated. Several tiny injections of BOTOX® Cosmetic will then be administered directly into the muscles that cause those moderate to severe lines between the brows and/or around the eyes. The entire BOTOX® Cosmetic injection procedure takes approximately ten minutes and discomfort is usually minimal and brief.

• have an infection where BOTOX® Cosmetic will be injected
